You will need to register as a tutor and create your profile. In your profile, you can list the subjects you teach, set your availability, and set your prices for the lessons. Once your profile is complete and active, students can browse your profile and book lessons with you.

Students can search for tutors by browsing the tutor profiles or using the search functionality to filter by subjects, availability, and other criteria. Once a suitable tutor is found, students can view the tutor's profile, check their availability, and book a lesson directly through the platform by making the payment.

Students and tutors can communicate through the built-in messaging system on tGCR. This allows them to discuss lesson details, ask questions, and share information securely within the platform. They can also use chat during the live lessons.

Currently, tGCR does not support downloading lesson materials for offline use. All materials are accessible online through the platform.

Yes. All classes on tGCR are conducted live, and one-to-one between students and tutors, allowing real-time interaction.

Yes. Students can book lessons for specific topics or questions they have. You can discuss your specific needs with the tutor during the booking process to ensure the lesson is tailored to your requirements. tGCR does not enforce a minimum number of lessons, or any restrictions on the content on the platform. We are a flexible platform that allows students and tutors to connect and collaborate on any topic of their choice.

You can request a refund of your payment. It's that simple! After you request a refund, it may take upto 2 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account after the refund is initiated.

You can request a new timeslot for your lesson. The new timeslot ends up as a request with the tutor again for acceptance.

Once your lesson is confirmed and scheduled, a "Join Lesson" button will appear on your dashboard at the scheduled lesson time. Click it to launch the live session directly in your browser - no additional software or downloads are required.

If your connection drops, simply rejoin the lesson using the "Join Lesson" button on your dashboard. The session remains active for the duration of the scheduled slot.

After a lesson is completed, you will be prompted to submit feedback for your tutor. Your feedback helps maintain quality on the platform.

The lesson will automatically be Rejected and you will be able to ask for a refund for this lesson.

You can book a lesson any time a tutor has open availability. Each tutor manages their own schedule in their own calendar, so the booking window varies. We recommend booking a lesson at least 24 hours in advance to give your tutor enough time to confirm the lesson booking.

As a tutor, you are free to set your own prices for the lessons you offer. We recommend you research the market rates for your subjects and set competitive prices accordingly. You are also free to change your prices at any time; new prices will apply to future bookings.

As a tutor, you need a laptop with latest Chrome or Edge browser. You will also need a stable internet connection for the live-lessons. And most importantly, we strongly advice connecting a digital writing pad or a drawing tablet which is used to write on the whiteboard during the live-lesson.
